Shred Ace truck worker shredding document

No other shredding service can protect your company’s private and proprietary information like Shred Ace’s on-site shredding programs. Our five-step, on-site document shredding process keeps your employees productive and your information secure. We pride ourselves on being accommodating to our customers’ needs and making sure they understand how we consistently operate during every visit. We do our job so you can do yours.

Deposit Documents

Your employees deposit confidential material into locked security containers provided by Shred Ace.

Will I have a key to the container? Yes, we will also provide a key in case you need to retrieve materials already deposited into the container.

What types of containers can I choose? Shred Ace has several shredding containers to choose from, the most popular being the executive console (pictured above) and the 96 gallon container. And we can always special order unique sizes to fit your needs.

A uniformed and bonded Shred Ace shredding technician arrives to transport the locked containers to our mobile shredding truck, which is parked at your site.

Do I need to escort your staff member to each container? That is entirely up to your office’s protocol, we can accommodate any scenario. Our technicians are trained to be secure, professional, and non-disruptive.

On-Site Destruction

Each container is placed into the shredding truck’s bin-lift tunnel. Your material is shredded in minutes, never touched by human
hands. For peace of mind, you are invited to witness the destruction of your material via our onboard color video monitor.

How long does the shredding take? We operate state-of-the-art mobile shredding trucks that are designed to be secure and efficient – in other words, they’re FAST! It takes 4 minutes to shred 300 lbs. or paper, which is the equivalent to 10 file boxes.

Certificate of Destruction

Before leaving your area facility, Shred Ace’s shredding technician provides a Certificate of Destruction certifying the complete and secure destruction of your information.

How do you handle billing?  Shred Ace will email you an Invoice that allows you to immediately pay online with a credit card or bank draft, mail a check, or you can pay our technicians at time of service with check or credit card.

Recycling Symbol WebsiteShred Ace delivers all shredded material to a recycling center, protecting the environment as well as your business. We recycle 100% of the paper and media we shred.

Do I need to take out staples, paper clips, binder clips, or envelopes? There is no need to remove those items – because we recycle everything we shred, however, we do have to avoid certain items such as 3-ring binders or CDs . . . those must be handled separately. Have a question about what can and cannot be shredded? Just call or email!

One of the select few businesses that actually do what they say they will do, when they said they would do it, and at the … More price they originally quoted. Great job and such peace of mind knowing our sensitive materials have been securely disposed of.
